Cancellation Policy
For individual services we require a minimum of 3 days notice when canceling an appointment to receive a 100% refund or a minimum of 24 hours notice to receive a 70% refund. Cancellations for group events or for an entire spa party must be made 3 days in advance in order to receive a refund. Once your appointment date has been reserved for your event/spa party, we will be unable to issue a refund for any individual guest cancellations or no-shows.

Payment Policy
Payment must be provided in ful lin order to secure your appointment date.
Before securing your appointment date, we will also need to know the number of people in your party and what treatments each guest would like.
